CS GANESH HEDAU (Chairman)

He is Commerce and Law Graduate and an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). He is proprietor of Ganesh Hedau & Co. with head office at Pune and other branch offices at Nagpur and Kolhapur which has been serving corporate industry since last 7 years in the field of Legal, Secretarial, Audit and taxation. He is expertise in corporate laws, Foreign exchange laws, NBFCs and Corporate Compliance Management. He has experience in liasoning with various Banks and Government Authorities.

MR. MAHESH HEDAU (Managing Director)

He holds a bachelor degree in Business Management. He started his initial career with SBI Cards & Payment Services Ltd. Afterwards he started his own financial consultancy in the name of Sunrise Finance Services which is presently one of leading entity at Indore in finance and loan field. Presently, he is having more than 5 years’ rich experience in overall finance sector and has been working with leading national banks, private sector banks and various NBFCs. He is also one of Co-founder of Primesh Enterprises (I) Private Limited dealing in Finance and Corporate Event management Services.

MR. ROSHAN THAKRE (Chief Executive Officer)

Mr. Roshan Thakre is science graduate and has been working in banking sector since last 4 years. He is certified business correspondents and facilitators by Indian Institute Banking & Finance. He is also engaged in KIOSK Banking Services with Allahabad Bank and Union Bank of India.

MR. JITENDRA KAKDE (Director – Finance Head)

Mr. Jitendra Kakde holds a bachelor degree in commerce field. He is one of leading young entrepreneur having good network in business class people since last 12 years. He earned rich past experience which make him strong personality having deep sense of knowledge in local businesses and its related market

MR. PRITAM DETHE (Director – Branding and Promotion Head)

Mr. Pritam Dethe holds a master degree in Business Management. He started his career corporate event management sector. He is Co-founder of Primesh Enterprises (I) Private Limited dealing in Finance and Corporate Event management Services at Indore. He is having rich experience in corporate branding and promotion of business specially finance company.

MR. NAVEEN HEDAU (Branch Manager – Day to Day Operation)

Mr. Naveen Hedau holds bachelor degree in science and technology master degree in Computer application. He started his career in corporate sector and served various industries at management level. He earned good experience in routine office management and staff coordination. Presently, he is serving Jan Utkarsh Nidhi Limited as branch manager and looking after day to day operation.
